ITS Training & Learning Resources

There are a variety of ways that members of the UNM campus community can learn how to use ITS-supported computer systems and software.

You teach! Faculty and staff members of the UNM community are welcome to teach hands-on sessions for their classes or other groups. Interested people can schedule any of the ITS classroom facilities. See the ITS Computer Pod Guide (printed each semester), or the ITS Computer Pod web site for more information.

Online help: Search the FastInfo knowledge base for answers to frequently asked questions, or if you can't find the answer, Ask a Question at FastInfo. FastInfo also has Training Viewlets to help you learn common tasks.
