Hours

ITS (Building 153) is located at 2701 Campus Boulevard, NE, just east of the parking structure (across from La Posada).

Generally, regular University administrative office hours are observed at ITS: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Voicemail can be left for most ITS employees at any time. A recording listing current and specific hours for all ITS facilities is available by calling 277.8140.

The main entrance to the ITS building is open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Thursday; it is locked on weekends from Friday at 6 p.m. until Monday at 6 a.m. To use the ITS Pod after open building hours or on weekends, swipe your your Lobo card in the reader just west of the main entrance doors to gain access.

ITS Support Center (277.4848): Open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. year 'round (except Holidays). Check the Support Center Web page for more information.
ITS Computer Pods: Conveniently located around campus, ITS' computer pods are staffed by student consultants, and are open for extended hours. Pod hours are published online, in the ITS Computer Pod Guide and at pod doors.
ITS Production Availability Schedule: ITS follows a regular downtime schedule for performing system maintenance and other routine functions.
