Voice Communications

The UNM Information Technology Services department is responsible for providing communications services and products in support of education, patient care and research for the main UNM campus, UNM Hospital and clinics, and Valencia campus.

The department provides the following types of services:

Analog and digital phone lines (over 19,000)
Voicemail (10,000 mailboxes)
Automated Attendant
ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
Long Distance and Calling Cards
Conference Calls
Cabling design, installation and maintenance
Pagers
Cell phones
